1. Who We Are

LineGraf Technical Art Gallery operates the website at linegraf.com and sells prints through the Etsy marketplace. Sales, payments, and customer data are handled entirely by Etsy's platform — LineGraf does not independently store or process purchase information.

2. Data We Collect on This Website

This website is a static informational page. We do not operate account registration, contact forms, or email sign-up. The following data may be collected:

• Server logs — Our hosting provider (OVH) automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These are retained for security and technical diagnostics purposes only, typically 30 days.
• Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, session duration, geographic region). Analytics are activated only after you accept cookies via the consent notice on your first visit. No analytics data is collected if you decline.
• Cookie consent preference — We store your cookie choice (accept / decline) in your browser's localStorage. This is a functional necessity and does not leave your device.

3. Cookies

We use one first-party preference cookie (your consent choice) and, if you accept, Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or social media trackers.

• linegraf_consent — Stores your cookie preference. Functional, expires after 1 year.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics session identifiers. Set only after consent. Expire in up to 2 years.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for linegraf.com.

4. Etsy Purchases

If you purchase from our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/NikaGrafTownShop), your data is collected and processed by Etsy, Inc. under Etsy's Privacy Policy. LineGraf receives only the order and shipping details Etsy shares with sellers to fulfil your order. Print fulfilment is handled by Gelato (gelato.com), who print and ship your order locally.

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the legal bases we rely on are:

• Legitimate interests — server security logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Consent — Google Analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as described above: OVH (hosting), Google (analytics, if consented), Etsy (marketplace), and Gelato (fulfilment). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses under GDPR.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. For data held by Etsy or Google, contact those services directly. For any other query, contact us via our Etsy shop message system.

8. Data Retention

Server access logs are deleted after 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted. We do not store purchase data independently of Etsy.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
